1.Biological Products Physical and Chemical Analysis Platform:This platform is equipped with multiple high-performance liquid chromatographs (Agilent & Waters), capillary electrophoresis instruments (Beckman), circular dichroism spectrometers (Jasco), infrared spectrometers (Thermo), micro differential scanning calorimeters (Malvern Panalytical), gel imaging systems (ProteinSimple), multifunctional enzyme labelers (Molecular Devices), two-dimensional electrophoresis instruments (GE), and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers (Thermo), enabling purity analysis of biopharmaceuticals, amino acid composition and extinction coefficient analysis, charge heterogeneity and isoelectric point analysis, advanced structure analysis, process/product impurity analysis, etc.
2.Biological Products Structural Characterization Analysis Platform:This platform is equipped with automated sample preparation systems (Intavis), HDX hydrogen-deuterium exchange systems (Trajan), Edman degradation sequencers (Shimadzu), and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry (AB Sciex & Thermo), enabling molecular weight detection of protein/nucleic acid drugs, sequence analysis of protein/nucleic acid drugs, N-terminal/C-terminal sequence analysis of protein drugs, peptide mapping analysis of protein drugs, glycosylation analysis of protein drugs, disulfide bond analysis of protein products, antibody/antigen binding site analysis, small molecule and target protein binding site analysis, and mRNA drug capping and tailing analysis, etc.
3.Immunopeptide and Immunology Testing Platform:This platform is equipped with highly specific human and mouse MHC-I and MHC-II molecule antibody libraries, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry (Orbitrap Eclipse), ELISPOT analyzers (CTL), HLA epitope binding prediction algorithm platforms based on deep learning networks, and biopharmaceutical antigen-presenting peptide analysis platforms. Mass spectrometry-based MHC-I immunopeptidomics analysis combined with epitope prediction algorithms enables screening of tumor neoantigens, immunogenicity verification of new antigens is achieved based on the immunology testing platform, T cell screening and TCR sequencing are achieved in combination with the single-cell analysis platform, and MHC-II biopharmaceutical antigen-presenting peptide analysis based on mass spectrometry enables identification of immunogenic source fragments of protein drugs.
4.Single-Cell Analysis Platform:This platform is equipped with single-cell sequencers (10x Genomics) and mass cytometry analyzers (Fluidigm Helios), enabling analysis of individual cells at the mRNA and protein levels. This platform plays an important role in antibody discovery, research on disease mechanisms and drug action mechanisms, PK/PD studies of cell therapy products, and drug discovery and screening. The single-cell analysis platform can be applied in the development and optimization of biological products, quality control of biological products, cell therapy, drug action mechanism research, and personalized treatment.
5.Proteomics and Metabolomics Analysis Platform:This platform is equipped with complete sample preparation equipment (including cell disruptors, tissue homogenizers, tissue grinders, etc.), highly specific protein phosphorylation/tyrosine phosphorylation/glycosylation/ubiquitination enrichment platforms, and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry (Orbitrap Exploris 240 & Orbitrap Exploris 480 With FAIMS Pro). It enables efficient extraction of proteins and metabolites at the omics level, efficient enrichment of specific modified peptides at the omics level, identification and relative quantification of proteins and metabolites at the omics level (3D & 4D), and absolute quantification analysis of specific proteins and metabolites at the omics level.
6.Protein Sequencing Platform:This platform is equipped with protein N-terminal sequence analyzers (Shimadzu), ultra-high performance liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry (Vanquish Neo-Orbitrap Fusion Lumos With ETD), and optimized de novo protein sequencing algorithm platforms. The protein N-terminal sequence analyzer provides accurate starting points for protein N-termini, and the ETD module on the mass spectrometry platform enables accurate differentiation of I and L within proteins, thereby allowing precise determination of the amino acid sequence of any protein/antibody. In conjunction with the physical and chemical analysis and structural characterization platforms for biological products and biopharmaceuticals, it enables analysis of the physicochemical properties and structural characterization of each sequenced protein/antibody. In conjunction with the single-cell analysis platform, it enables polyclonal antibody sequencing analysis.
