Gel electrophoresis is an important protein analysis method that includes various techniques such as Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Isoelectric Focusing (IEF). Protein separation based on SDS-PAGE
SDS-PAGE is frequently used in scientific research such as protein expression analysis. Two-dimensional Gel Electrophoresis Services
Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) is a method for separating complex protein mixtures. 2-DE first employs isoelectric focusing (IEF), an electrophoretic technique that separates proteins based on their isoelectric points (pI), to resolve proteins with similar sizes.
