Vitamins are essential organic compounds necessary for maintaining normal physiological functions. They are generally classified into two categories: fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins can directly participate in metabolic regulation in the body, while water-soluble vitamins regulate metabolism by converting into coenzymes. Small organic molecules that combine with enzyme proteins to jointly perform catalytic functions are referred to as coenzymes (or prosthetic groups). Coenzymes are compounds with specific chemical structures and functions, primarily participating in enzymatic reactions such as oxidation-reduction or group transfer reactions. Most coenzyme precursors are water-soluble B vitamins.

Sample Transportation:Considering 3-4 kilograms of dry ice evaporation per day, please use sufficient dry ice for transportation (it is recommended to use larger blocks of dry ice, as they evaporate more slowly) and seal with a foam box. It is also recommended to choose faster delivery methods to minimize potential sample degradation during transport.
