Quantitative Proteomics Analysis
Dynamic changes in intracellular protein abundance significantly impact various life processes. For example, during the onset and progression of many diseases, abnormal expression of certain proteins is often observed. Quantitative proteomics involves the accurate quantification and identification of all proteins expressed by a genome or in a complex mixture. Currently, quantitative proteomics techniques are mainly divided into labeled and label-free quantification strategies. The labeled strategy is further divided into in vivo labeling (such as SILAC, 15^N labeling) and in vitro labeling (such as iTRAQ, TMT labeling).
