Acetyl-CoA is an activated form of acetate, formed by the high-energy thioester bond between an acetyl group (CH3CO-) and the sulfhydryl group of coenzyme A. It is the product of pyruvate decarboxylation after β-oxidation of fatty acids and glycolysis. In the first step of the tricarboxylic acid cycle, the acetyl group is transferred to oxaloacetate to form citrate, hence the cycle is also known as the 'citric acid cycle.'

Sample Transportation:Assuming 3-4 kg of dry ice evaporates in one day, please use an adequate amount of dry ice for transportation (it is recommended to use larger chunks of dry ice as they evaporate more slowly), and seal with a foam box.
