Nucleotides are the basic building blocks of nucleic acids. A nucleotide consists of a nitrogenous base core, a five-carbon sugar, and a phosphate group. There are five possible nitrogenous bases: adenine, guanine, cytosine, thymine, and uracil. Deoxyribonucleotides are nucleotides with deoxyribose as the five-carbon sugar, while ribonucleotides are nucleotides with ribose as the sugar, serving as monomers of RNA. Cyclic nucleotides (cNMP) are monophosphate nucleotides with a circular bond arrangement between the sugar and phosphate ester group.
BaiTaiPeiKe utilizes the integration of GC/MS (7890A/5975C) and ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 (Waters/AB Sciex) platforms to achieve the analysis of a wide range of nucleotides and related substances for qualitative and quantitative analysis. 95% of the substances involved are quantified using standards and isotope-labeled standards.

Sample Transportation:Considering 3-4 kg of dry ice sublimates in one day, please use a sufficient amount of dry ice for transportation (it is recommended to use larger blocks of dry ice, as they sublimate slower), and seal with a foam box. Also, choose the fastest possible delivery method to reduce the possibility of sample degradation during transportation.
