Active Analysis Supervisor/Researcher

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for conducting activity analysis of conjugated drugs, including toxicity, activity, metabolism, etc.
2. Responsible for the development, optimization, and validation of relevant analysis methods, as well as routine analytical work
3. Complete experimental reports, work summaries, and other documentation
4. Participate in laboratory management, including daily maintenance of equipment and drafting of SMP/SOP documents

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or related fields
2. More than 1 year of experience in macromolecular or ADC quality analysis
3. Familiar with ELISA, FACS, Cell Killing, etc.
4. Strong initiative, able to proactively identify and solve problems
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness
6. Proficient in English reading, able to independently search for relevant literature
