Biochemical Tester

Job Responsibilities

1. Strictly follow SOP, quality standards of raw materials and finished products to complete biochemical analysis methods such as bioactivity (cell activity/ELISA, etc.), residues (HCP/HCD/Protein A residuals) on time;
2. Responsible for the transfer, confirmation, or validation of biochemical testing methods, and drafting corresponding technical plans and reports;
3. Responsible for drafting or revising SOPs related to biochemical testing equipment and methods;
4. Responsible for the use, management, and maintenance of biochemical testing equipment, such as microplate readers, PCR instruments, etc.;
5. Report any deviations, AD/OOS/OOT issues encountered during testing to superiors in a timely manner and complete related investigations;
6. Ensure daily operations and activities fully comply with cGMP requirements and company document management requirements;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields;
2. Background in biopharmaceuticals, understanding of testing principles and operations; familiar with GMP-related knowledge;
3. Good English reading skills, proficient in computer operations;
4. Relevant experience is preferred.
