Bioinformatics Analysis Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete routine bioinformatics analysis and advanced analysis such as association studies, and produce reports.
2. Participate in the construction and maintenance of the company's database and online platform; have the ability to develop bioinformatics analysis pipelines and optimize data analysis processes.
3. Conduct training and guidance on data analysis according to market or project requirements.
4. Read relevant professional literature and materials, and propose development suggestions for business and technology.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Biology, Bioinformatics, Mathematical Statistics, or related fields, with experience in bioinformatics analysis. Both work and academic experience are acceptable. Candidates with team leadership experience are preferred.
2. Proficient in R or Python, and Linux; candidates with experience in scripting with Perl, JAVA, C, etc., are preferred.
3. Familiar with commonly used bioinformatics databases and related analysis tools; candidates with a foundation in mathematical statistics and knowledge of common algorithms or experience in machine learning are preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning and execution skills.
