Protein Comprehensive Analysis

Proteins are the main functional components of cells.Studying proteins allows for a deeper understanding of biological processes, disease occurrence, and drug mechanisms. Proteomics is a systematic approach to studying the expression, function, and interactions of all proteins in a biological sample.This method is also known as shotgun proteomics.analysis.The aim of proteomics is to identify and analyze as many proteins as possible in the sample.By lysing, digesting, and separating protein samples, followed by the detection and identification of peptides using high-resolution mass spectrometry, the proteins present in the sample can be determined.
