Deputy Director/Director of International Business Development

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and lead an international business development and sales organization to support the organization's revenue goals;
2. Maintain a broad understanding of the competitive landscape in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, actively identifying potential new clients for the services provided by the company;
3. Build and cultivate relationships with innovative leaders in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries to identify future service needs that the company can offer;
4. Collaborate with the business development team in China and the international scientific team to support client project needs, ensuring the success of our current and future clients.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or Analytical Chemistry;
2. 3-5 years of business development experience in the biotechnology industry;
3. Proven track record of success in business development;
4. Good grasp of trends and new concepts in pharmaceutical development;
5. Strategic thinking and multitasking abilities;
6. Preference given to those with an understanding of the discovery, development, and manufacturing of biologic drugs.
