Biological Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently or assist the R&D specialist to complete molecular biology experiments according to project plans, and write preliminary experimental reports and conduct data analysis;
2. Responsible for the preparation of commonly used laboratory reagents and routine maintenance of experimental instruments;
3. Participate in and cooperate with the development of new technologies and new processes;
4. Complete other related tasks assigned by department leaders on time and with quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in molecular biology or other related biological fields;
2. More than two years of work experience with a bachelor's degree;
3. Proficient in basic knowledge and experimental operations related to DNA/RNA;
4. Passionate about laboratory work, with strong experimental skills, proactive, diligent, and able to handle a certain level of work pressure;
5. Strong learning ability and adaptability to new things; responsible, meticulous, team-oriented, and good at communication.
