Market Research and Analysis Manager/Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Stay informed about the developments and advancements in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry by researching public publications, newly released information, and conference reports.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with innovation leaders in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry to identify future service needs that the company can offer.
3. Collaborate with the business development team to support client project needs and ensure the success of our current and future clients.
4. Help evaluate relevant new products or processes that can be used for the development and manufacturing of innovative therapies.
5. Prepare reports on the competitive landscape of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and CRO industry for leadership review.

Qualifications

1. PhD in Biology or a related scientific field (such as Oncology, Immunology, Chemistry, Pharmacology).
2. 2-3 years of industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CDMO companies.
3. Experience in market research and analysis, which can be in the industrial sector or in consulting.
4. Good grasp of trends and new concepts in pharmaceutical development.
5. Ability to think strategically and handle multiple tasks.
6. Preference given to those with an understanding of the discovery, development, and manufacturing of biologic drugs.
