Physical and Chemical Analysis Supervisor/Senior Researcher (Mass Spectrometry)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for conducting structural characterization of conjugated drugs, including: amino acid sequence analysis, disulfide bond analysis, free thiol detection, glycosylation analysis, post-translational modifications, etc.
2. Responsible for the development, optimization, validation, and routine analysis of related analytical methods
3. Complete experiment reports, work reports, and other records
4. Participate in laboratory management, including daily maintenance of equipment and drafting of SMP/SOP documents

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or related fields
2. More than 3 years of experience in macromolecule or ADC quality analysis
3. Familiar with the use of HPLC, MS and other instruments
4. Strong initiative, able to proactively identify and solve problems
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
6. Certain English reading ability, able to independently consult relevant literature
