Project Management Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for liaising with clients regarding protein analysis, metabolomics, biopharmaceutical analysis, and other related project consultations. Analyze clients' needs to formulate or optimize experimental plans and facilitate project implementation.
2. Familiar with proteomics, metabolomics, and related technical backgrounds to answer clients' routine questions.
3. Track and handle client feedback, conduct regular follow-ups with key clients, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Monitor the entire project process, coordinate communication on issues during project progress, and ensure project completion within the stipulated time.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Majors in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, analytical chemistry, etc., with a preference for PhD holders.
2. Familiar with the technical background and experimental processes related to proteomics, metabolomics, and biopharmaceutical analysis.
3. Proficiency in English at CET-6 level or above, capable of effective communication with clients via email and phone; fluency in spoken English is preferred.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit, with the ability for long-term stable work.
5. Diligent, patient, meticulous, and efficient. Possesses strong logical thinking ability.
