Physical and Chemical Analysis Researcher

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the development, validation, and transfer of physicochemical analytical methods (including SEC, CEX, cIEF, CE-SDS, MS, etc.) during the monoclonal antibody product development process.
2. Develop and implement characterization analysis programs for IND and BLA applications, focusing on structural and degradation pathways characteristics and stability studies to support formulation development.
3. Responsible for the evaluation and application of new testing technologies.
4. Possess cross-departmental communication skills to effectively follow up and communicate project progress.
5. Proactively manage multiple projects effectively with minimal supervision.
6. Able to undertake various responsibilities actively and possess good decision-making skills.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, pharmaceutical chemistry, etc.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience; or a master's degree with more than 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with cGMP, pharmacopeia testing, and regulations for biological product applications and registration is highly desirable.
4. Proficient in literature review, excellent in English, capable of reading and translating English literature fluently.
5. Possess strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills.
