Physical and Chemical Analysis Researcher

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for conducting biological and physicochemical analysis and testing of samples, including DAR, content, residue, aggregates, etc.
2. Responsible for the development, optimization, and validation of relevant analytical methods, as well as routine analysis work
3. Complete experimental reports, work summaries, and other records
4. Participate in laboratory management, including daily maintenance of equipment and the drafting of SMP/SOP documents

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or related fields
2. Over 1 year of experience in macromolecular or ADC quality analysis work
3. Familiarity with the use of instruments such as HPLC, iCIEF, CE, UV, etc.
4. Strong initiative, capable of proactively identifying and solving problems
5. Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration awareness
6. Proficient in reading English, capable of independently searching relevant literature
