Bioinformatics Analysis Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete routine bioinformatics analysis and advanced analysis such as correlation analysis, and produce reports;
2. Participate in the construction and maintenance of company databases and online platforms; be capable of developing bioinformatics analysis workflows and optimizing data analysis processes;
3. Conduct training and guidance on data analysis according to market or project requirements;
4. Read relevant professional literature and materials, and propose business and technical development suggestions, etc.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in biology, bioinformatics, statistics, or related fields. Experience in bioinformatics analysis is required, either from work or school. Experience in leading a team is preferred;
2. Proficient in R or Python, Linux. Experience in script development with Perl, JAVA, C, etc., is preferred;
3. Familiar with commonly used bioinformatics databases and related analysis tools; a foundation in statistics and mastery of common algorithms or experience in machine learning is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and planning and execution abilities.
