BaiTaiPike will use MBRole for pathway enrichment of the obtained differential metabolites and perform pathway analysis using the KEGG database as background. All metabolites of the same species are selected as background to analyze metabolic pathways with a P value < 0.05. Figures 1 and 2 are the two types of metabolic pathway diagrams we can provide, and the enriched metabolic pathways and related T-test analysis results will be given in tabular form.
