Metabolomics Data Quality Analysis

BaiTai Parker uses two methods, QC sample chromatogram comparison and principal component analysis, to analyze and evaluate the QC sample data in the project experiment. The total ion current chromatogram of the QC sample UPLC-QTOF-MS obtained from the analysis is shown in the figure below for overlapping comparison. The results show that the response intensity and retention time of each chromatographic peak basically overlap, indicating that the variation caused by instrument error during the entire experiment is small.
