Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for cell culture process development and production work, including medium screening, shake flask culture process optimization, bioreactor culture process optimization, scale-up and production;
2. Participate in the implementation of project process design, and formulate experimental plans;
3. Organize and record experimental data as required, and write project reports;
4. Responsible for the maintenance and management of laboratory-related instruments;
5. Actively participate in the development and construction of the cell culture platform.

Job Requirements

1. Background in biology, veterinary medicine, biochemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, etc.; Associate degree or above;
2. Basic knowledge of cell biology, with priority given to those with experience in aseptic operations and cell culture;
3. Familiar with common laboratory equipment, experimental operation standards, and laboratory safety precautions.
