BTP-Organic Acids and Related Substances Analysis

Organic acids are a class of organic compounds with acidity. Common organic acids include carboxylic acids, thiocarboxylic acids, sulfinic acids, and sulfonic acids, among others. A typical chemical reaction of organic acids is with alcohols to form esters. Organic acids are mainly found in the leaves, roots, and especially the fruits of herbal plants, such as black plums, schisandra, and raspberries. In plants, organic acids generally exist as salts combined with potassium, sodium, calcium, etc., except for a few that are in free form. Some are combined with alkaloids to form salts.
BiotechPack uses GC/MS (Agilent 7890A/5975C) along with more than 80 organic acid standards and isotope-labeled standards for quantitative and qualitative analysis. 95% of the substances involved are quantified using standards and isotope-labeled standards, significantly improving the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Sample Transportation:Based on 3-4 kg of dry ice evaporating in one day, please use sufficient dry ice for transportation (it is recommended to use larger chunks of dry ice, as they evaporate more slowly), and seal with a foam box. Additionally, choose faster postal methods to reduce the possibility of sample degradation during transportation.
