BTP-Oxysterol and Related Substance Analysis

Oxysterols are oxidized derivatives of cholesterol. Currently, their biological functions are not well understood, but research suggests that oxysterols play important roles in various biological processes, including cholesterol homeostasis, atherosclerosis, sphingolipid metabolism, platelet aggregation, apoptosis, and protein prenylation.
Biotai Parker primarily uses the ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 (Waters/AB Sciex) platform, enabling quantitative and qualitative analysis of various oxysterols. About 95% of the substances involved are quantified using standards and isotopic standards.

Sample Transportation:Assuming 3-4 kg of dry ice evaporates in one day, please use a sufficient amount of dry ice for transportation (preferably larger blocks, as they evaporate more slowly), and seal with foam boxes. Opt for faster shipping methods to minimize the risk of sample degradation during transportation.
