Biology Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently or collaboratively complete molecular biology experiments based on project plans, and prepare preliminary experimental reports and data analysis;
2. Responsible for the preparation of commonly used laboratory reagents and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment;
3. Participate in and cooperate with the development of new technologies and new processes;
4. Complete other related tasks assigned by department leadership on time and with quality.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology or other related biological fields;
2. At least two years of work experience with a bachelor's degree;
3. Proficient in fundamental knowledge and experimental procedures related to DNA/RNA;
4. Passionate about laboratory work, with strong experimental skills, proactive, diligent, and able to handle a certain amount of work pressure;
5. Strong learning ability and adaptability to new things; responsible, meticulous, team-oriented, and good at communication.
