Does immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry require sample repetition?

As almost all experiments in real-world operations are subject to errors and can easily produce incorrect experimental data due to improper handling, scientific experiments generally employ three biological replicates, or multiple replicates, using the average of their data to minimize errors and make the experimental data as close to the true value as possible. Immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry is no exception. In addition, in conventional immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry experiments, IP-MS requires validation using two different target proteins: the target protein and at least one well-characterized control protein specifically targeting an unrelated target.

Biotech Pack uses Thermo Fisher's Q Exactive HF mass spectrometry platform combined with Nano-LC nano chromatography to provideimmunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry analysis
one-stop technical services. You only need to tell us your experimental goals and send your cells to us. We will handle all subsequent matters, including cell culture, cell labeling, protein extraction, antibody IP, efficiency detection, protein digestion, peptide separation, mass spectrometry analysis, raw mass spectrometry data analysis, and bioinformatics analysis. Feel free to contact us for a free consultation: 15201377680 (same number on WeChat).
