Glycosylation Site Analysis
The analysis of glycosylation sites in glycosylated proteins is of great significance for studying protein structure and function.
Biotech Pack offers glycan relative content analysis services based on LC-MS/MS. Multiple enzymes are first selected for protein digestion, followed by labeling with H2218O. PNGase F or multiple O-glycosidases are used to cleave glycans from the target protein, at which point glycosylated peptides will carry an18O label. Database searches can then identify glycosylation sites.

Glycosylation Site Analysis
Technical Features
• Relatively short analysis time
• High detection sensitivity and good reproducibility
Application Areas
• Identification of N-glycosylation sites in glycosylated proteins
• Identification of O-glycosylation sites in glycosylated proteins
About Samples

Glycosylation Site Analysis Sample Requirements
1. If you are providing tissue samples, please ship them to us on dry ice.
2. If you are providing protein samples, use regular tissue or cell lysis buffer for protein extraction.
3. Sample Shipping: Use sufficient dry ice for shipping and select a faster shipping method to minimize the risk of sample degradation during transit.
Bilingual Project Report
In the technical report, Biotech Pack will provide you with a detailed bilingual report, which includes:
1. Experimental procedures (in Chinese and English)
2. Relevant mass spectrometry parameters (in Chinese and English)
3. Identification of N-type and O-type glycosylation sites
4. Mass spectrometry images
5. Raw data
