Polyphenols are a group of chemical substances derived from plants, also known as polyphenols, characterized by the presence of multiple phenol groups in their chemical structure. The primary role of polyphenols in plants is to impart various colors, such as the yellowing of leaves in autumn, which is caused by polyphenols. The colors of dark vegetables and fruits like green tea and grapes are also due to polyphenols. Common polyphenolic compounds include chlorogenic acid, anthocyanins, isoflavones, catechins, quercetin, curcumin, cocoa polyphenols, lemon yellow, rutin, and resveratrol.BiotechPack Company has established an analysis method mainly using ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 (Waters/AB Sciex) to achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of polyphenols, anthocyanin/chlorophyll-related substances.

Sample transportation: Considering the evaporation of 3-4 kilograms of dry ice per day, please use a sufficient amount of dry ice for transportation (it is recommended to use larger blocks of dry ice, as they evaporate more slowly), and seal them in a foam box. Try to use faster mailing methods to reduce the possibility of sample degradation during transportation.
