Apoptosis
Cell death can occur through various pathways, including apoptosis, necrosis, and other 'emerging' pathways that are likely to become focal points for research. Apoptosis plays an important role in the immune system, closely related to intracellular homeostasis, T cell aggregation, the death of responsive lymphocytes, and the cytotoxic response to target cells. Among them, APO-1/Fas is a signal receptor molecule for apoptosis; Caspase-3 plays a crucial role in apoptosis and osteoclast activation; CD30 stimulation leads to growth arrest and apoptosis. Quantitative detection of cytokines involved in the apoptosis process is of great significance for studying the occurrence and development of related diseases.

Cell Apoptosis - Flow Cytokine Detection
Biotech Pack uses flow cytometry to simultaneously quantify apoptosis-related cytokines and chemokines, providing greater sensitivity and a wider detection range.
Cell Apoptosis - Flow Cytokine Detection Indicators

Cell Apoptosis Human Sample Single Factor Flow Kit
About Samples
1. Only 25µL sample is needed, whereas conventional ELISA requires 50µL or 100µL.
2. Applicable to serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and various body fluids.
3. Body fluid samples are stored in a -80°C freezer and transported with dry ice.
Bilingual Project Report:
In the technical report, Biotech Pack will provide you with a detailed bilingual (Chinese and English) technical report, which includes:
1. Experimental procedures (Chinese and English)
2. Raw data (fluorescence emission spectra)
3. Technical report
4. Absolute content of each detection indicator (Excel spreadsheet)
