Pain is one of the main symptoms of various pathological conditions. As a major neural system damage or dysfunction, obesity is a systemic disease that not only causes changes in body shape but also accompanies multiple diseases and complications, affecting an individual's overall health. Common complications include hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension, collectively referred to in medicine as "metabolic syndrome." Fluid factors secreted by adipose tissue drive the development of metabolic syndrome and vascular diseases. These substances include leptin, adiponectin, resistin, TNF-α, IL-6, PAI-1, angiotensinogen, CRP (C-reactive protein), etc. Other cytokines such as adhesion molecules ICAM-1, VCAM-1, and E-selectin are also related to endothelial cell activation and atherosclerosis in obese patients.

About the samples

1. Only 25µL sample is needed, while conventional ELISA requires 50µL or 100µL sample.
2. Suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and various body fluids.
3. Fluid samples should be stored in a -80°C freezer and transported with dry ice.
