Physical and Chemical Analysis

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the development, validation, and transfer of physicochemical analytical methods (including SEC, CEX, cIEF, CE-SDS, MS, etc.) during monoclonal antibody product development projects;
2. Develop and execute characterization plans for monoclonal antibodies for IND and BLA submissions, mainly supporting formulation development through studies on structural and degradation pathways and stability-related research;
3. Responsible for the evaluation and application of new detection technologies;
4. Possess cross-departmental communication skills to effectively follow up and communicate project progress;
5. Proactively manage multiple projects effectively with minimal supervision;
6. Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and possess good decision-making skills.

Job Requirements

1. Background in biology, veterinary medicine, biochemical engineering, pharmacy, or related fields; Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Expertise in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, pharmaceutical chemistry, or related fields;
3. Familiarity with cGMP, pharmacopeia testing, and regulations for biological drug submissions and registrations is a plus;
4. Proficient in literature research, excellent in English, capable of fluent reading and translating English literature;
5. Possess a strong sense of professionalism, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills.
