Protein Interaction Network Analysis
STRING is a database that includes predicted and experimentally validated protein-protein interactions across multiple species, including direct physical interactions and indirect functional associations. By integrating differential expression analysis results and interaction pairs from the database, a differential expression protein interaction network is constructed. During the analysis process, differential expression proteins are mapped to the STRING database to obtain information on their interactions. In addition to containing experimental data, results mined from PubMed abstracts, and data from other integrated databases, STRING also includes predictions made using bioinformatics methods. From the search results, we filter out protein interaction pairs with a combined score greater than 0.4 (Medium) and use appropriate bioinformatics analysis software to visualize the interaction results. The results are shown in the figure:

Note: Circles (nodes) represent proteins, with different colors indicating different proteins, and the 3D structure of the protein inside the circle. Straight lines represent interaction relationships between proteins. The thicker the line, the stronger the interaction relationship. Dark-colored lines indicate relationships present in the evidence view circle but not in the actions diagram.
